Chia seeds are one of those super foods that your body cannot get enough of! They're full of good vitamins and minerals that can help get you to your healthiest self!




Some of the benefits include:

  • Omega 3 Fatty Acids
  • Tons of fiber!
  • Aids in digestion-stabilizes blood sugar.
  • Protein
Chia seeds have been linked to helping the fight against cancer, diabetes, and belly fat due to there abundant benefits.  Not only are these little power packed seeds good for you, but they can also be absolutely delicious.  How can you include them into your everyday meals?  

There are tons of ways you can incorporate chia seeds into your food, here are just a few ways:
  • Bake them! Pancakes, cookies, and more can become even healthier with a tablespoon or two of chia seeds in them.
  • Chia seed pudding. Delicious, sweet, and the perfect dessert for when you're trying to widdle down your waistline.  My favorite recipe from A Beautiful Mess is featured above!
  • Smoothies!  Throw a few in your smoothie and prepare for absorbing all the benefits without even knowing it!
  • Yogurt. Drop a tablespoon into your morning yogurt and you won't even know they're there.
  • Get creative! There are countless ways to add this superfood to your day to day life, so experiment away!
