Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

After a workout, it is essential that you consume protein in order to repair the muscles you just worked. One of the best ways, for me at least, to get some protein in is to make a delicious protein smoothie. One of my absolute favorites is the Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie.
It's filling, curbs my sweet tooth, and packs over 30 grams of protein. Yum.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (vanilla or original)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (1/4 cup) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Put liquid items in the blender first, then follow it up by the dry ingredients, and lastly ice. Blend and enjoy!
