First week of the Tone It Up Challenge is complete! There are so many words I could use to describe this week - energized, headaches, sore muscles, GIVE ME PASTA, and so on. So because this week was such a rollercoaster of emotions, I'm going to break it down day by day♥
As many of you know, I'm a Tone It Up girl. My journey with Tone It Up began five years ago when I was living a rather unhealthy lifestyle with little exercise and too much indulgent behavior-sugary drinks, never-ending nights with friends, and an obsession with Olive Garden. I immediately saw results but unfortunately got derailed recently.
